It's all the buzz right now.  Everyone is doing it. 

Many of us don't know the truth - our body detoxes all day, every day.  Technically, you're already detoxing.  The issue arises when our detox system isn't working as optimally as it should. That's when the right type of detox can do wonders for energy, hormonal balance and our gut and body in general.

A detox, by design, should simply be an "oil change" for our body.  The purpose:  clean out the gunk so our body can do what God designed it to do naturally - detox 24/7. 

In today's episode, I share with you 1 ABSOLUTE WAY to recognize when a detox is simply a marketing ploy to take your money and sell you worthless junk.  I also share with how to know when you are onto a good detox and what a hormone balancing detox should contain.

In today's show, I reveal how I learned (the hard way, of course) how to mentally make it through the rough times.

Exodus 14:14 says, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest."  Notice the word "hold."  It's used as a verb here...meaning we have some work to do.  God will fight for us, but while He is taking care of things for us, we have a job to do.  Our job is to keep our peace and remain at rest.

WOW!  Just WOW!  In the midst of uncertainty God wants us to rest...how on earth do we do that while surrounded by chaos, fear, doubt and the unknown?

There are 2 types of people in this world - respectful people and disrespectful people. 

As you get to know and develop relationships with respectful people, you find they become more respectful and caring towards you.  A deep, safe, secure bond develops withing the safety and security of respectful people.

As you delve into relationships with disrespectful people, you find with time they only become more disrespectful and insistent on getting their way and squashing your feelings, needs and desires.

Today's show is my heart's cry for ladies who are dating, or in a married relationship, with the second type of person - the disrespectful one.  

Today, I want to speak to you...I want to speak life and hope into you, I want to give you courage, I want to share with you resources God placed along the way that changed my life and has helped me to work through the chaos that surrounds relationships with disrespectful people. 

Women are my heart.  God's women are my heart.  I'm pretty sure God has allowed me to walk through these relationships because they break His heart too.  He says every tear that is cried, hears every mean and derogatory word aimed to pierce your soul and knows every wound you bare.  Run to Him.  Trust Him.  Follow Him.  Serve and worship only Him.  He will bring caring, nurturing and healthy people into your life to support you and help in your soul's healing.
