Autoimmune...no, you aren't crazy!  Your body truly is different from everyone else.  In order to get results when it comes to fitness and food we can't simply through out some macros and tell you to workout until you burn through all of your calories.

Not to worry, it is still very possible to lose weight with autoimmune.  My motto, "Eat for the body you want.  Exercise for the strength you want.  Never confuse the 2!"
